Additional Charges:

• Gate Remote.................. $25 (Security Deposit)

• Delinquent payment - Rent payments are due on the first of the month; a late fee of ...$10 will be imposed on the 7^th, and an additional fee of $1 each day thereafter until ...paid in full.

Security Deposits

• Park Model Annual Leases – no security required
• Annual Leases for Motor Homes, Travel Trailers, 5^th Wheels - $200 (Security Deposit)
• Seasonal Reservations - $100 (Security Deposit)
• Storage - $2 per day plus tax (April 15 – November 1)

Beginning November 1, 2005, all annual leases will run from November through November. New rates will be sent out on September 25^th each year.  Rates are based on 2 persons per site. For additional guests there is a $2 charge per person per night.
