Pleasant Lake certainly gets its name honestly; we are host to a beautiful 25 acre lake, with deck, that yields many types of Florida's fresh water catches. The lake is also home to spectacular birds and wildlife unseen anywhere but here in Florida. This warm and welcoming community has 340 lots, 220 of which are permanent models. The award winning management staff is dedicated to promoting an uplifting lifestyle for the residents. Some of the activities you will find your neighbors participating in every day are coffee socials, Bingo, crafts, shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, geezer golf, game night, Bible studies, and potlucks. We even have wonderful holiday shows and live music every Friday night.
The amenities here at Pleasant Lake include our community heated swimming pool, two laundry rooms, a club house with high speed internet connection and most recently WI-FI has been added. We also offer Bocce and Horseshoes. The grounds are spectacularly maintained, and the staff is cheery and eager to serve. For the convenience of our residents and visitors we provide a monthly newsletter and events calendar.
